Vehicle, driving, assistance with customer-led carrying (one worker), basic protection, and securing items with blankets and lashing belts

02 Shopping assistance
We buy your requested goods at membership stores such as Costco and furniture or appliance retailers, then deliver them.
What is included
Purchasing and original receipts are included. We cover store membership fees; you do not need to join.

From order to delivery
Order (product names and quantities) → Quote → Advance payment → Purchase and delivery on the same day
Additional charges & handling conditions
Delivery fees depend on distance and are confirmed in the quote. Chilled and frozen goods are delivered the same day in insulated boxes. Out-of-stock items are refunded.
Items & services we cannot accept
We do not purchase alcohol or medicines, collect or dispose of unwanted items, or handle hazardous goods.
03 Light cargo, furniture & appliance delivery
What is included
Pickup from Jimoty and similar services, and furniture or appliance transport from IKEA, Nitori and similar stores. Includes the vehicle, driving, loading, unloading, basic protection and securing items. Top-loading washer installation is free.
